सील प्रक्रिया का अनुकूलन और धातु से ग्लास सील (एमटीजीएस) संरचना की वास्तविक समय की निगरानी को प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रमुख प्रक्रियाओं को विस्तार से वर्णित किया गया है। एम्बेडेड फाइबर Bragg ग्रेटिंग (FBG) सेंसर एक साथ पर्यावरण दबाव की निगरानी के साथ MTGS में तापमान और उच्च स्तर के अवशिष्ट तनाव की ऑनलाइन निगरानी को प्राप्त करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है.
