Hier beschrijven we een eenvoudige en goedkope methode die het mogelijk maakt de kwantificering van lijmtumorcellen naar lymfeklier (LN) cryosecties. LN-aanhangende tumorcellen worden gemakkelijk geïdentificeerd door lichtmicroscopie en bevestigd door een fluorescentiegebaseerde methode, waardoor een adhesie-index wordt gegeven die de tumorcelbindende affiniteit met LN-parenchyma onthult.
