Aktuelle Methoden zur Analyse der Patientenbindung an komplexe medikamentenresistente Tuberkulose-Therapien (DR-TB) können ungenau und ressourcenintensiv sein. Unsere Methode analysiert Das Haar, eine leicht zu sammelnde und gelagerte Matrix, auf Konzentrationen von 11 DR-TB-Medikamenten. Mit LC-MS/MS können wir Sub-Nanogramm-Medikamentenspiegel bestimmen, die verwendet werden können, um die Arzneimittelhaftung besser zu verstehen.
