Мы разработали метод обнаружения Phytophthora capsici zoospores в источниках воды с помощью метода извлечения ДНК фильтровальной бумаги в сочетании с циклом опосредованного изотермального усиления (LAMP) анализ, который может быть проанализирован в полевых условиях или в лаборатории.
