In diesem Protokoll wurden schweinespezifische Primer entwickelt, Plasmiden enthaltende Porenspezifische DNA-Fragmente konstruiert und Standardkurven für die Quantifizierung festgelegt. Anhand artspezifischer Primer wurde cpsDNA durch qPCR in Schweine-zu-Maus-Zelltransplantationsmodellen und Schweine-zu-Affen-Arterien-Patch-Transplantationsmodellen quantifiziert.
