Vi beskriver her en simpel metode til udtryk, ekstraktion og rensning af rekombinant menneskelige IgG smeltet til GFP i Nicotiana benthamiana. Denne protokol kan udvides til rensning og visualisering af mange proteiner, der udnytter kolonnekromatografi. Desuden er protokollen kan tilpasses til in-person og virtuelle college undervisning laboratorium, der giver projektbaseret udforskning.
