Nous décrivons ici une méthode simple pour l’expression, l’extraction, et la purification de l’IgG humain recombinant fusionné au GFP dans Nicotiana benthamiana. Ce protocole peut être étendu à la purification et à la visualisation de nombreuses protéines qui utilisent la chromatographie des colonnes. De plus, le protocole s’adapte au laboratoire d’enseignement collégial virtuel et en personne, offrant une exploration axée sur des projets.
