Vi præsenterer en protokol for udvikling og brug afan oxidativ stress-model ved at behandle retinale pigment epitelceller med H2O2, analysere celle morfologi, levedygtighed, tæthed, glutathion, og UCP-2 niveau. Det er en nyttig model til at undersøge antioxidanteffekten af proteiner udskilt af transposon-transfected celler til behandling af neuroretinal degeneration.
