Pathofysiologische veranderingen in het cardiale autonome zenuwstelsel, vooral in de sympathische tak, dragen bij aan het ontstaan en onderhoud van ventriculaire aritmieën. In dit protocol laten we zien hoe we murine stellate ganglia kunnen karakteriseren om het begrip van de onderliggende moleculaire en cellulaire processen te verbeteren.
