Hier presenteren we optimalisaties voor een longtransplantatiemodel bij ratten die dienen om de resultaten te verbeteren. We bieden een maattabel voor manchetten op basis van lichaamsgewicht, een meetstrategie om de 4eintercostale ruimte te bepalen en methoden voor wondsluiting en BAL (bronchoalveolaire lavage) vloeistof- en weefselverzameling.
