De huidige studie rapporteert een protocol voor chromosoomscreening van menselijke embryo's waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van gebruikt kweekmedium, waardoor embryobiopsie wordt vermeden en chromosoomploïdie-identificatie met behulp van NGS mogelijk wordt. Het huidige artikel presenteert de gedetailleerde procedure, inclusief de voorbereiding van kweekmedium, whole genome amplification (WGA), next-generation sequencing (NGS) bibliotheekvoorbereiding en data-analyse.
