L'iniezione della vena porta di organoidi del cancro del colon-retto (CRC) genera metastasi epatiche ricche di stroma. Questo modello murino di metastasi epatiche CRC rappresenta uno strumento utile per studiare le interazioni tumore-stroma e sviluppare nuove terapie dirette dallo stroma come le terapie geniche mediate da virus adeno-associate.
