Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het uitvoeren van gen knock-outs die embryonaal dodelijk zijn in vivo in genetisch gemanipuleerde muismodel-afgeleide tumoren en vervolgens het effect beoordelen dat de knock-out heeft op tumorgroei, proliferatie, overleving, migratie, invasie en het transcriptoom in vitro en in vivo.
