Dit protocol presenteert technieken om ovarium-endometrioom laparoscopisch te verwijderen, adhesiolyse uit te voeren met spaarzame elektrochirurgische toepassing en intraoperatieve chromopertubatie toe te passen om te beoordelen op doorgankelijkheid van de genitale tractus. Deze systematische aanpak zal optimaal endometriosebeheer vergemakkelijken, gelijktijdige adnexale operaties begeleiden en de postoperatieve vruchtbaarheidsresultaten verbeteren.
