Burada, Müller glial hücrelerinde (MGC'ler) 2′,7′-diklorofloresein diasetat probu (DCFH-DA) kullanarak hücresel reaktif oksijen türlerini (ROS) tespit etmek için sistematize, erişilebilir ve tekrarlanabilir bir protokol öneriyoruz. Bu yöntem, bir akış sitometresi ile toplam hücresel ROS seviyelerini ölçer. Bu protokolün kullanımı çok kolaydır, uygundur ve yeniden üretilebilir.
