Het huidige protocol beschrijft een eencellige methode voor iteratieve epigenomische analyses met behulp van een herbruikbare enkele cel. De herbruikbare enkele cel maakt analyses van meerdere epigenetische markeringen in dezelfde enkele cel en statistische validatie van de resultaten mogelijk.
