Den foreliggende protokollen beskriver en enkeltcellemetode for iterative epigenomiske analyser ved bruk av en gjenbrukbar enkeltcelle. Den gjenbrukbare enkeltcellen tillater analyser av flere epigenetiske merker i samme enkeltcelle og statistisk validering av resultatene.
