Den subretinale implantation af retinal pigmenteret epitel (RPE) er en af de mest lovende tilgange til behandling af degenerative retinale sygdomme. Udførelsen af prækliniske undersøgelser af dyremodeller med store øjne er dog fortsat udfordrende. Denne rapport præsenterer retningslinjer for subretinal transplantation af RPE på en cellebærer til minigrise.
