Vanwege de complexe anatomie kan een consistent reproduceerbaar dissectie- en oogstprotocol voor hartmonsters een uitdaging zijn om te implementeren. Dit manuscript presenteert de belangrijkste elementen van enkele standaard cardiale dissectieprotocollen, waarbij zowel de grove onderzoeksbenaderingen als de bemonsteringslocaties die vaak worden gebruikt voor histopathologisch onderzoek worden benadrukt.
