Organoides cerebrais oferecem oportunidades sem precedentes para estudar o desenvolvimento de órgãos e a patologia da doença humana. Embora tenha sido alcançado grande sucesso com sistemas de cultura organoides cerebrais, ainda há dificuldades operacionais na aplicação dessa tecnologia. O presente protocolo descreve um procedimento organoide cerebral que facilita a mudança média e a transferência organoide.
