Das vorliegende Protokoll beschreibt, wie menschliche Haut auf nicht-adipöse diabetische (NOD)-scid-Interleukin-2-Gamma-Kettenrezeptor-Mäuse (NSG) transplantiert werden kann. Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der Vorbereitung der menschlichen Haut für die Transplantation, der Vorbereitung von Mäusen für die Transplantation, der Transplantation der Split-Thickness der menschlichen Haut und des Wiederherstellungsverfahrens nach der Transplantation sind in dem Bericht enthalten.
