Vi rapporterer en teknikk som tillater levende avbildning av mikrotubulidynamikk i glioblastom (GBM) celler som invaderer et vertebrat hjernevev. Kobling av ortotopisk injeksjon av fluorescerende merkede GBM-celler til en gjennomsiktig sebrafiskhjerne med høyoppløselig intravital avbildning gjør det mulig å måle cytoskelettdynamikk under in situ kreftinvasjon.
