Beyin metastazı kanser hastalarında ciddi morbidite ve mortalite nedenidir. Çoğu beyin metastazı fare modeli, mortalite ve terapötik müdahale sonuçlarının kafa karıştırıcı analizini karıştıran sistemik metastazlar ile karmaşıktır. Burada, minimal sistemik tümörlerle tutarlı intrakraniyal tümörler üreten kanser hücrelerinin internal karotis enjeksiyonu için bir protokol sunulmaktadır.
