Gli allotrapianti ortotopici singeneici di topo dell'adenocarcinoma duttale pancreatico (PDAC) ricapitolano la biologia, i fenotipi e le risposte terapeutiche dei sottotipi di malattia. Grazie alla loro progressione tumorale rapida e riproducibile, sono ampiamente utilizzati negli studi preclinici. Qui, mostriamo pratiche comuni per generare questi modelli, iniettando colture di PDAC murino singeneico nel pancreas.
