Syngene museortotopiske allotransplantater av pankreasduktalt adenokarsinom (PDAC) rekapitulerer biologi, fenotyper og terapeutiske responser av sykdomssubtyper. På grunn av deres raske, reproduserbare tumorprogresjon, er de mye brukt i prekliniske studier. Her viser vi vanlig praksis for å generere disse modellene, injisere syngene murine PDAC-kulturer i bukspyttkjertelen.
