Diese Arbeit zielt darauf ab, das Artemia salina lethality Bioassay-Verfahren, das auch als Solegarnelen-Letalitätstest bezeichnet wird, zu bewerten und zu überprüfen. Diese einfache und kostengünstige Methode gibt Aufschluss über die allgemeine Toxizität (die als vorläufige Toxizitätsbewertung betrachtet wird) von Proben, nämlich Naturstoffen.
