Hier wird ein Protokoll zur Bestimmung der Absorption, Translokation und Verteilung von Imidacloprid in Weizen unter hydroponischen Bedingungen mittels Flüssigchromatographie-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie (LC-MS-MS) vorgestellt.
