Der Elektrochemilumineszenz-Immunoassay (ECLIA) ist ein neuartiger Ansatz für den quantitativen Nachweis endogener und exogen angewendeter MeCP2-Proteinvarianten, der hochquantitative, genaue und reproduzierbare Messungen mit geringem Intra- und Inter-Assay-Fehler über einen weiten Arbeitsbereich erzeugt. Hier wird das Protokoll für die MeCP2-ECLIA im 96-Well-Format beschrieben.
