Demonstreren we een chromatine immunoprecipitatie (ChIP) methode om factor interacties op weefsel-specifieke genen te identificeren tijdens of na het begin van weefsel-specifieke genexpressie in muis embryonale weefsel. Dit protocol moet worden breed toepasbaar voor de studie van weefsel-specifieke gen activatie als het zich voordoet tijdens de normale embryonale ontwikkeling.
