Burada, de novo protein sentezini in vivo değerlendirmek için, fotobeyazrlama (FRAP) sonrası nematod Caenorhabditis elegans ve floresan kurtarma kullanan radyoaktif olmayan ve noninvaziv bir yöntem sınıyoruz ve tanımlıyoruz. Bu yöntem, protein sentezinin yeni modülatörlerini belirlemek için genetik ve/veya farmakolojik ekranlar ile kombine edilebilir.
