Er wordt een protocol gepresenteerd voor de handige en high-throughput isolatie en verrijking van glandulaire capitate stalked en sessiele trichomen van Cannabis sativa. Het protocol is gebaseerd op een droge, niet-bufferextractie van trichomen met alleen vloeibare stikstof, droogijs en nylonzeven en is geschikt voor RNA-extractie en transcriptomische analyse.
