Se presenta un protocolo para el aislamiento y enriquecimiento conveniente y de alto rendimiento de tricomas glandulares capitados y sésiles de Cannabis sativa. El protocolo se basa en una extracción seca y sin tampón de tricomas utilizando solo nitrógeno líquido, hielo seco y tamices de nylon y es adecuado para la extracción de ARN y el análisis transcriptómico.
