Dit protocol toont de gelijktijdige detectie van reactieve zuurstofsoorten (ROS), levende cellen en dode cellen in levende primaire culturen van muisoculaire oppervlaktecellen. 2',7'-Dichloorfluoresceindiacetaat, propidiumjodide en Hoechst-vlekken worden gebruikt om respectievelijk de ROS-, dode cellen en levende cellen te beoordelen, gevolgd door beeldvorming en analyse.
