زراعة الخلايا الجذعية الوسيطة اللحمية الإنسان (hMSCs) مع مصل ذاتي، ويقلل من مخاطر رفض المواد xenogeneic والآثار السلبية الأخرى. كما يسمح لاسترداد مجموعة فرعية من الأسلاف أرومية متوسطة، الذي يمكن أن يحقق hMSCs جديدة. تضمين hMSCs في تجلط الليفين ذاتي يتيح سهولة التعامل وغرس الجراحي الفعال.
