Hier beschrijven we een protocol voor hele mount immunofluorescentie en beeld-gebaseerde kwantitatieve volumetric analysis van vroege fase muis embryo's. Wij presenteren deze techniek als een krachtige aanpak van kwalitatief en kwantitatief cardiale structuren beoordelen tijdens de ontwikkeling, en voor te stellen dat het wellicht grote schaal aan te passen aan andere orgaansystemen.
