Hier presenteren we een tumortransplantatieprotocol voor de karakterisering van tumor-inherente en periferie-afgeleide tumor-geïnfiltreerde lymfocyten in een muistumormodel. Specifieke tracering van de instroom van van de ontvanger afgeleide immuuncellen met flowcytometrie onthult de dynamiek van de fenotypische en functionele veranderingen van deze cellen tijdens antitumorimmuunresponsen.
