Hier stellen wir ein Tumortransplantationsprotokoll zur Charakterisierung von tumorinhärenten und peripherieabgeleiteten tumorinfiltrierten Lymphozyten in einem Maustumormodell vor. Die spezifische Verfolgung des Zustroms von Empfänger-abgeleiteten Immunzellen mit Durchflusszytometrie zeigt die Dynamik der phänotypischen und funktionellen Veränderungen dieser Zellen während der Antitumor-Immunantwort.
