Aqui, apresentamos um protocolo de transplante de tumor para a caracterização de linfócitos derivados de tumores inerentes ao tumor e periferia em um modelo de tumor de camundongos. O rastreamento específico do influxo de células imunes derivadas do receptor com citometria de fluxo revela a dinâmica das alterações fenotípicas e funcionais dessas células durante as respostas imunológicas antitumorais.
