Este protocolo describe un método para obtener datos cuantitativos sobre la actividad antifúngica de péptidos y otros compuestos, como agentes antifúngicos de moléculas pequeñas, contra Candida albicans. Su uso de la densidad óptica en lugar de contar las unidades formadoras de colonias para cuantificar la inhibición del crecimiento ahorra tiempo y recursos.
