Een eenvoudige en specifieke methode werd aangetoond voor tl-etikettering en de verbeterde detectie van cel-oppervlakte-eiwitten zonder fractionering stap. Differentiële overvloed in cel oppervlakte-eiwitten werd geanalyseerd met behulp van twee-dimensionale (2-D) elektroforese en Ettan ™ DIGE technologie.
