Opschorting immunocytochemische kleuring van menselijke pluripotente stamcellen (hPSCs) voor het celoppervlak markers (SSEA-3/SSEA-4) werd bereikt op basis van het gebruik van een zelfgemaakte Cytospin apparaat tot een monolaag van cellen voor observatie en kwantificering te creëren.
