الجلوتاثيون S-transferases (GSTs) هي إزالة السموم الانزيمات المشاركة في عملية التمثيل الغذائي للعديد من الأدوية العلاجية. يرتبط فرط التعبير عن GSTs مع مقاومة العلاج الكيميائي للسرطان. طريقة واحدة لمواجهة هذا النمط الظاهري هو استخدام مثبطات. يصف هذا البروتوكول طريقة باستخدام مُسايسة قياس الطيفي لفحص مثبطات GST المحتملة.
