IL-9-uttryckande T- och ILC2-celler induceras under N. brasiliensis-infektion , men deras karakterisering har till stor del förbisetts i den infekterade tarmen på grund av deras lågfrekventa och differentiella kinetik. Detta protokoll beskriver isoleringen av dessa celler från olika målorgan och bekräftelse av deras identitet via flödescytometri vid olika infektionsstadier.
