אסטרטגיות חדשניות למודל נאמן של מוטציות סומטיות בתאי גזע ותאי אב המטופויאטיים (HSPCs) נחוצות כדי לחקור טוב יותר ביולוגיה של תאי גזע המטופויאטיים וממאירויות המטולוגיות. כאן מתואר פרוטוקול למודל מוטציות רווח הטרוזיגוטיות ב-HSPCs על ידי שילוב השימוש ב-CRISPR/Cas9 והתמרה כפולה של תורמי rAAV.
