Abstract

Introduction

心力衰竭与减少弹出分数(HFrEF)伴随着一个公认的补偿反应的同情神经系统,以保持心血管平衡1。慢性活化观察到血液动力学压力和对心脏和循环的有害影响。这些已成为当代心力衰竭药物治疗的基石,是心力衰竭和神经激素系统治疗对抗发展的重要机制1。
