Denne eksperimentelle metoden beskriver en løsning for kinematisk analyse av akupunkturmanipulering med tredimensjonal fingerbevegelsessporingsteknologi.
Tredimensjonal (3D) bevegelsessporing har blitt brukt på mange felt, for eksempel forskning på sport og medisinske ferdigheter. Dette eksperimentet hadde som mål å bruke 3D bevegelsessporingsteknologi for å måle de kinematiske parametrene til fingrenes ledd under akupunkturmanipulering (AM) og etablere tre tekniske indikatorer “amplitude, hastighet og tid”. Denne metoden kan gjenspeile operasjonsegenskapene til AM og gi kvantitative parametere langs tre akser med flere fingerledd. Dagens bevis viser at metoden har et stort potensial for fremtidige anvendelser som studiet av doseeffektforholdet mellom akupunktur, undervisning og læring av AM, og måling og bevaring av kjente akupunkturisters AM.
Som en slags kliniske ferdigheter i tradisjonell kinesisk medisin (TCM) og fysisk stimulering, akupunktur manipulasjon (AM) er ofte ansett som en viktig faktor som påvirker den terapeutiske effekten av akupunktur1,2. Mange studier har bekreftet at forskjellige AM eller forskjellige stimuleringsparametere (behovshastighet, amplitude, frekvens, etc.) av samme AM resulterte i forskjellige terapeutiske effekter3,4,5,6,7. Derfor kan måling av relevante kinematiske parametere for AM og korrelasjonsanalyse med terapeutisk effekt gi nyttig datastøtte og referanse for klinisk behandling med akupunktur8,9.
Målingen av kinematiske parametere av AM begynte på 1980-tallet10. I de tidlige dager ble den elektriske signalkonverteringsteknologien basert på variabel motstand hovedsakelig brukt til å konvertere forskyvningssignalet til nålekroppen til en spenning eller et strømsignal for visning og registrering av amplituden og frekvensdataene til AM11. Videre har den berømte ATP-II kinesisk medisin akupunkturteknikk tester II (ATP-II) med denne teknologien for tiden blitt brukt av mange tradisjonelle kinesiske medisinuniversiteter i Kina12. Etter det, med kontinuerlig utvikling og innovasjon av sensorteknologi, ble forskjellige typer sensorer brukt til å samle kinematiske parametere for AM. For eksempel ble de tre aksene elektromagnetisk bevegelsessensor festet til nålehåndtaket for å skaffe seg behov for amplitude og hastighet13; den bioelektriske signalsensoren ble plassert på dorsalhornet i dyrets ryggmarg for å registrere behov for frekvens14, etc. Selv om den kvantitative forskningen til AM basert på de to ovennevnte typer teknologier har fullført oppkjøpet av relevante kinematiske parametere under trengende, er dens viktigste ulemper manglende evne til å utføre sanntids ikke-invasiv måling og endringen av driftsfølelse forårsaket av modifikasjon av nålekroppen.
De siste årene har bevegelsessporingsteknologi gradvis blitt brukt på den kvantitative forskningen til AM15,16. Fordi det er basert på ramme-for-ramme analyse av needling video, kan måling av akupunkturparametere anskaffes under in vivo-drift uten å endre nålekroppen. Denne teknologien har blitt brukt til å måle de kinematiske parametrene som amplitude, hastighet, akselerasjon og frekvens av fire sporingspunkter av tommel og pekefinger under behov i et todimensjonalt (2D) plan og etablert den tilsvarende fingerpinnen figur15. Noen studier målte også vinkelendringsområdet for interfalangeal (IP) ledd av tommel og pekefinger med lignende teknologi9,17,18. Imidlertid er de nåværende studiene på AM-analyse fortsatt hovedsakelig begrenset til 2D-bevegelsesplanet, og antall sporingspunkter er relativt lite. Så langt er det ingen komplett tredimensjonal (3D) kinematikkmålings- og analysemetode for AM, og ingen relaterte data ble publisert.
For å løse problemene ovenfor vil denne studien bruke 3D bevegelsessporingsteknologi for å måle de kinematiske parametrene til de syv sporingspunktene under behov. Denne protokollen tar sikte på å gi en komplett teknisk løsning for den kinematiske analysen på AM, samt den videre studien om doseeffektkorrelasjonen av akupunktur.
Denne studien etablerte målemetoden for de kinematiske parametrene til AM in vivo og fikk dataene om bevegelsesamplitude, hastighet og driftstid for de seks viktige sporingspunktene på tommelen og pekefingeren langs tre akser. I mellomtiden, basert på 3D-kalibreringsrammen, ble det generert en 3D-pinnevisning og tilsvarende animasjon av tommelen og pekefingeren under trengende.
