Nous démontrons protocoles pour la fabrication et l'automatisation des élastomères polydiméthylsiloxane (PDMS) des tableaux basés sur microvanne qui n'ont pas besoin d'énergie supplémentaire de fermer et de fonctionnalité de photolithographie définie volumes précis. Un parallèle subnanoliter-volume du mélangeur et d'un système de perfusion intégré microfluidique sont présentés.
