Orta serebral arter (MCA) ligasyonu, hayvan modellerinde fokal serebral iskemi çalışma bir tekniktir. Bu yöntemde, orta serebral arter kraniotomi maruz kalmaktadır ve koterizasyon tarafından bağlandı.
