Biosensoren Verbindung mit komplexen, biologischen Umgebungen und führen gezielte Erkennung durch die Kombination von hochempfindlichen Sensoren mit sehr spezifischen Sonden, die an dem Sensor über Oberflächenmodifizierung. Hier zeigen wir die Funktionalisierung der Oberfläche von Silica optische Sensoren mit Biotin mit Silankupplungsmittel, um den Sensor und die biologische Umwelt zu überbrücken.
