Die Generierung und Charakterisierung von Tumor-spezifischen T-Zellen mit humanisierten Mäusen wird hier beschrieben. Menschliche Thymus-Gewebe und gentechnisch veränderten humanen hämatopoetischen Stammzellen in immungeschwächten Mäusen transplantiert. Hierdurch ergibt sich der Rekonstitution eines konstruierten menschliche Immunsystem so zur in vivo-Untersuchung von Anti-Tumor-Immunantwort.
